Céline Brochier-Armanet has included themes like Bacterial genome size, Hyperthermophile, Thermus thermophilus and Bacteria in her Phylogenetics study. Her Evolutionary biology research includes themes of Giant Virus, Pandoravirus, Mimivirus and Virophage. Her work on Nitrosopumilus as part of general Thaumarchaeota research is often related to Nitrification, thus linking different fields of science.
